Delete your taskinvo account

We are sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request account deletion if you cannot sign in to the app for any reason.

Easiest way: from inside the app

Open Settings → Delete Account on your phone. You will be asked to confirm and re-enter your password. Your account is then marked for deletion and removed after 30 days. During the 30-day grace period you can recover it by signing in again.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@taskinvo.com from the email address linked to your account, including the words Delete my account in the subject line.

We will verify your identity, delete the account, and reply once the data is gone (usually within 7 days, always within 30 days).

What gets deleted

Your account record in Firebase Authentication.
All Firestore documents under users/{your_uid}/: clients, projects, invoices, estimates, receipts, business settings.
All files stored in Firebase Storage under users/{your_uid}/: receipt photos, project photos, drawings.

Diagnostics data in Sentry is automatically anonymized and aged out within 90 days.

Pre-filled request form

Filling this form opens your email client with a pre-populated message to support. We do not store the values you type here.

Deletion is permanent after the 30-day grace period. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.
